Exercise plans and coaching

Food diary counting is necessary when you want to accurately determine, for example, the intake of vitamins, minerals, fat and protein from food. The intake of vitamins and other nutrients is compared with the recommendations and the necessary instructions for improving their intake are given. You can print the instructions for filling out the food diary and the necessary forms from our website and send them either by post or email to us for further processing.

Body composition measurements (InBody) by agreement (15 - 25 €)

Diet advice also on home visits: this is convenient e.g. for housewives, the elderly and the disabled.
